• Create or facilitate face-swap, deepfake, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, or face-manipulation content
• Market, describe, or use the Service as an uncensored, unfiltered, NSFW, adult, or 18+ content generator
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

5. Content Safety and Moderation

AnimalWorld uses automated prompt moderation before AI image or video generation. Prompts that are rejected or flagged by our moderation process will not be sent to an AI generation model.

We may block requests, remove generated content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe a prompt, upload, generated asset, or usage pattern violates this Acceptable Use Policy or creates safety, legal, payment, or platform risk.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts, uploads, generated content, and downstream use comply with these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform-specific publication rules.

6. Intellectual Property & AI Content Rights

Your Generated Content: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to the images you generate using AnimalWorld ("Generated Content"). We hereby assign to you all right, title, and interest in and to such Generated Content.

Commercial Use: You may use the Generated Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, film production, and digital media, without requiring additional attribution or payment of royalties.

Platform Rights: The Service itself, including its code, design, and features, remains the exclusive property of AnimalWorld.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase any services from us, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are:

• Processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Creem)
• Subject to the payment provider's terms and conditions
• Refundable according to our Refund Policy (up to 60 days)
• Subject to applicable taxes which you are responsible for

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnimalWorld and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
